Terms & Condition

  1. The Delhi Terminal 1 and Terminal 3 Departure Lounges are located in both Domestic & International Departure in security hold areas after Checkin / immigrations. The Delhi Terminal 3 Arrival Lounges are located in both Domestic & International Arrival after baggage belt in Arrival Hall.The Delhi Terminal 1 Arrival Lounge/Nap is located at Ground level (Domestic Departure building) next to GMR VIP Lounge.
  2. In order to access the Departure lounge, passengers are required to have a valid boarding card and need to clear the immigrations & security frisking area. The boarding card is issued by the airlines and passengers are requested to check with their respective airlines on check-in timings. Plaza Premium Lounge shall not be responsible in case passengers are not able to reach the location due to non-issuance of boarding card or any other reason.
  3. In the event of a cancellation, no refund will be made and 100% amount will be treated as cancellation charges.
